If you email HAMWEST or use the enquiry form, you may choose to provide your name, business name, email address, country, requested service and details about your enquiry. Please share only information needed to start the conversation.
How information may be used
Information you provide may be used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services may be suitable, communicate with you about a potential engagement, provide agreed services, and maintain business records where required.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form opens your device’s default email application and prepares an email to info@hamwestaccounting.com. It does not send information directly to a HAMWEST website database. Your email provider handles the message when you choose to send it.
Website hosting and technical information
Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to deliver, maintain and protect the website. The current site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If this changes, this notice should be updated.
Confidential and financial information
Please do not submit passwords, bank login credentials, full payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive financial records through this public website or an ordinary enquiry email. If an engagement proceeds, secure document exchange and system-access arrangements should be agreed separately.

Hosting, domain and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services. External links operate under their own privacy practices; HAMWEST does not control third-party websites.

We aim to retain enquiry and business information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including applicable business, contractual and legal requirements.
